The Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the assigned department(s). This role will coordinate departmental activities with other managers and supervisors to ensure production meets budget, scheduling, and quality standards. Responsibilities: • Ensures and monitors all production and quality systems in place., • Monitors and ensures compliance with all regulations relating to production operation and personnel safety such as FDA and OSHA., • Follows all Company policies/procedures and ensures a safe work environment., • Coordinates production scheduling with management, warehouse, quality control, and maintenance personnel., • Monitors production and directs daily production schedule. Visually inspects work areas and production equipment, ensures equipment operates properly, and notifies maintenance if repairs needed., • Monitors HACCP checks and ensures compliance with standards and procedures, takes corrective actions as required., • Monitors, trains, evaluate associates and provide guidance as necessary., • Monitors and evaluates production performance to ensure performance standards are met., • Adjusts manpower, and equipment resources as needed., • Implements corrective action when process deviations occur Qualifications: Associate degree with three (3) years of Supervisory experience in the manufacturing field. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Must be computer proficient. The approximate pay range for this position is $25/hr to $30/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. You will be trained to safely operate any necessary grounds keeping equipment, including mowers, leaf blowers, and weed whackers. On a daily basis, you handle a variety of janitorial tasks such as emptying garbage cans, cleaning, and restocking bathrooms. You remove any debris and trash you spot and ensure it's disposed of properly. When needed, handle other maintenance tasks and you assist with minor electrical, carpentry, and plumbing work anytime our buildings are in need of repair. Our campgrounds are always in excellent shape under your watch, and you find great satisfaction knowing you play such an important role in keeping our summer camp in tip-top shape! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SEASONAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN • Ability to safely drive cars, light trucks, and other motorized vehicles, • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with some occasional lifting of equipment up to 100 pounds as required, • Ability to work outdoors in the heat of summer and various weather conditions Are you able to accept guidance, direction, and supervision from others?
