Job Summary: The Installation Manager will oversee all aspects of the installation process for projects managed by Harlequin Design. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership to ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Project Oversight: Manage the installation process from pre-installation planning to project completion, ensuring alignment with design specifications and timelines., • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise installation teams, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and safety standards., • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during installations, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process., • Coordination: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources for each installation project., • Quality Control: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure installations meet quality standards and specifications.
