This role is responsible for project scoping, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication. By ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards, the Project Manager supports operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and Total Restoration Industries’ reputation as a trusted industry leader. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Oversight • Lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to TRI’s quality standards., • Be present on-site as needed; when you leave, work pauses until your return., • Supervise subcontractors to ensure accurate hours, crew counts, and quality of work., • Enforce adherence to TRI branding (dress code) and PPE requirements; document compliance with photos., • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subcontractors and field staff., • Confirm HEPA vacuuming is performed and photographed on every job., • Ensure daily moisture readings, soot samples, equipment placement logs, and job photographs are completed., • Run calculations using IICRC standards to determine proper drying equipment needs., • Verify adequate electrical supply to support equipment; coordinate temporary solutions if needed.
