Job Description JOB DEFINITION: The Registered Nurse will work with the CN Guidance FACT Team to deliver services to those individuals who are diagnosed with severe mental illness and whose needs have not been met by more traditional service delivery approaches. The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care and implements treatment plans under the direction of the Nurse Manager and medical staff, following established clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures. Job Description JOB DEFINITION: • Provides that portion of direct patient care, which is unique to the medical and psychiatric profession. This care is integrated into the total treatment plan for each patient, which is developed through a team-oriented approach. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provides supervision and provides medication to appropriate clients applying standards of care consistent with good medical judgment and current practice in the psychiatric community.
