In this role, you will work directly with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and skill development programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients through effective behavioral therapy techniques - supporting positive behavior change and skill development. This is a hands on, direct support role in an in-home setting.
