Job Description Office Manager / Team Lead Lenahan Chiropractic – South Amboy, NJ In-Office Only | $25–$27/hr based on experience | 30-day review Be the operational backbone and the warm, trusted face of a fast-growing chiropractic practice. We're hiring an Office Manager / Team Lead who can run the front desk team, keep systems tight, and ensure patients follow through on the care plans designed to get them well. For the right person, this role is the growth path to Office Integrator. What You'll Own 1. Lead the Front Desk & CA Team • Direct the daily flow from open to close so patients move smoothly through their visit, • Coach, support, and hold a small team accountable to goals and SOPs, • Run (or co-run) daily huddles and quick check-ins, • Bring energy, standards, and consistency into the room (This is where the Super CA mindset fits-leading from the front, not just doing tasks.) 2. Drive Patient Compliance & Experience • Monitor missed visits, drop-offs, and care plan compliance, • Re-engage patients proactively with clarity and warmth, • Handle escalated questions or concerns with confidence and empathy, • Deliver a clean, welcoming, five-star experience at every touchpoint 3. Master Scheduling & Office Operations • Own the schedule-maximize flow, reduce bottlenecks, keep capacity high, • Ensure calls, texts, emails, and voicemails are answered promptly, • Confirmations, recalls, reminders... you make sure nothing slips 4. Keep Systems Tight & Organized • Detail-obsessed upkeep of checklists, SOPs, and front desk systems, • Accurate documentation and EMR tasks completed on time, • Oversee payments, balances, and financial conversations professionally, • Track key metrics (show rates, collections, reactivations) and report to the Clinic Director 5. Roll Up Your Sleeves • Jump in on front desk duties when needed: greeting, check-in/out, phones, intake, • Assist with basic office upkeep, supplies, and keeping the space polished You Are • A natural leader who likes directing traffic and coaching others, • Detail-obsessed, organized, and energized by structure, • Comfortable holding yourself and others to a high standard, • A clear, confident communicator, • Warm, people-first, and trusted quickly by patients and team, • Calm under pressure, • A proactive problem-solver, • Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, EMR systems), • Growth-minded-and motivated by a clear path upward Requirements • Full-time, in-office in South Amboy, NJ (no remote), • 3+ years in medical/dental/chiropractic admin OR hospitality/office management (preferred), • 1+ year leading or supervising a small team (preferred), • Able to learn quickly via SOPs, short trainings, and check-ins, • Reliable, punctual, professionally presentable Pay, Hours & Perks • $25–$27/hr based on experience, • 30-day performance review, • ~35 hours/week, with potential for more as the practice grows, • Supportive, energetic team, • Contribution toward health insurance, • Complimentary chiropractic care, • 50% toward health insurance, • Clear path to Office Integrator for the right long-term leader How to Apply (Read Carefully) To show you follow directions and pay attention to detail, complete all steps: 2.
