Job Description Owner’s Representative Firm – New York Metropolitan Area Work Location: In Person Our expanding Owner’s Representative firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Development Project Manager with a strong background in commercial real estate development, site feasibility, zoning analysis, entitlements, and architectural coordination to join our growing team. We specialize in large-scale commercial new construction and complex alteration projects. We are not involved in single-family residential construction. Only applicants with relevant commercial real estate development experience will be considered. Position Overview The Real Estate Development Project Manager will oversee projects from site evaluation and pre-development through entitlements, design development, and construction coordination. This role requires a professional who understands the full development lifecycle — including land use regulations, zoning constraints, feasibility modeling, permitting pathways, and architectural document coordination. Job Description Title: Client Coordinator Department: Day Services Reports: Director of Day Habilitation Location: Day Services, NY FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Salary: 21.63 per hour POSITION SUMMARY: The Client Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the overall operations and services re being delivered according to state and federal regulations, agency policy and procedure and according to the agency’s mission. This includes booking, scheduling, resource management, financial tracking, and overall administrative efficiency. The Operations & Logistics Manager works with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of our Summer Camp. Key Responsibilities 1. Campus & Resource Management • Monitor and manage inventory (office supplies, teaching materials, delivery supplies, sports equipment, etc.)., • Coordinate with Center Director and host institution on mid-stay cleanings and linen exchanges., • Manage room bookings, remaining in contact with the host university to request spaces for on-campus events., • Reporting maintenance issues (broken AC in classrooms, plumbing in dorms, etc) to the host university, and following up to ensure the a solution is found in a timely manner. 2. Financial & Administrative Duties • Maintain the petty cash ledger for operational expenses; ensure timely payment of approved invoices and the filing of receipts., • Manage student damage deposits, tracking deposits at arrival and overseeing reimbursements upon departure., • Complete and file expense reports for all logistics-related purchases (e.g., food deliveries, bus bookings) with original receipts. 3. Off-Campus Excursions • Coordinate with the Director of Excursions in making all bookings for buses, meals, and attractions, delegating where appropriate., • Coordinate with the Center Director regarding excursion feedback and requests for additional activities., • Supervise departures for excursions and solve any problems as they occur. 4.
