Responsibilities • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair, • Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately, • Ensure all food safety standards are maintained through proper food handling and preparation techniques, • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly, • Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating zones, • Previous barista experience in a café or coffee shop setting is highly preferred, • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a strong advantage, • Demonstrated ability in food handling, food safety practices, and café operations, • Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service, • Experience in retail math, cash handling, and cashiering to ensure accurate transactions, • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that encourages guest loyalty, • Knowledge of the food industry standards for serving, food prep, and safety regulations Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
