Career advancement within VIP Automotive Group, • Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter and via phone/email, • Identify correct OEM and aftermarket parts using catalogs & systems, • Process parts orders, quotes, invoices, and transactions, • Manage special orders, backorders, and customer follow-ups, • Handle core returns, warranty claims, and parts returns, • Cross-sell and upsell parts and accessories, • Support inventory control, stocking, and organization, • Maintain a clean, efficient, and customer-focused parts department, • Work closely with Service Department and Parts Manager✅ Qualifications, • Prior automotive parts advisor / parts counter / dealership parts experience required, • Knowledge of auto parts catalogs, inventory systems, and dealership operations, • Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment, • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, • Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset, • Weekend availability required????
