We are hiring a Director of Executive Operations & Financial Management to serve as the financial and operational backbone for a founder managing multiple operating companies, SPVs, investment vehicles, and complex personal financial systems. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role combining financial operations, accounting oversight, budgeting, and executive support. The ideal candidate is a disciplined operator who brings structure, foresight, and control across both business and personal financial domains. This is not a traditional executive assistant role and not a bookkeeping position. This is a senior, execution-heavy role with real ownership and autonomy. Core Responsibilities Financial Operations & Budgeting (Primary) • Own integrated personal and business budgets, • Track cash flow, burn, runway, and obligations across entities, • Produce 30 / 60 / 90-day cash forecasts and scenario analyses, • Maintain clean, audit-ready books across multiple entities, • Own QuickBooks (or equivalent):, • Transaction categorization, • Weekly reconciliations, • AP / AR tracking, • Ensure strict separation of:, • Operating companies, • SPVs / investment vehicles, • Personal accounts, • Track investor inflows, capital allocations, and distributions, • Support SPV operations and reporting readiness, • Manage household financial operations with discretion:, • Budget tracking, • Credit cards, loans, and mortgages, • Insurance, childcare, school, and recurring obligations, • Construction and home-related financial tracking, • Coordinate tax set-asides and CPA planning inputs, • Own calendar hygiene, prioritization, and meeting preparation, • Track deliverables, follow-ups, and cross-venture action items, • Manage document flow (NDAs, contracts, invoices, approvals), • 7+ years experience in finance operations, executive operations, or COS-adjacent roles, • Proven experience managing both personal and business finances for a founder or senior executive, • Strong QuickBooks and multi-entity accounting expertise, • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, • Comfortable handling sensitive personal and financial information, • One trusted, unified financial system across all entities, • Weekly financial updates with no surprises, • Clean, efficient CPA and bank interactions This role directly enables: • Faster, cleaner executive decision-making, • Stronger fundraising and underwriting outcomes, • Reduced operational risk
