We’re seeking a dynamic, personable, and service-driven General Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive membership and retail growth. Key Qualifications • 3+ years of management experience; spa, salon, fitness, or hospitality background preferred, • 3+ years of sales experience with proven results (membership and retail sales a plus), • Goal-oriented leader with strong coaching, motivation, and accountability skills, • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and client-facing), • Calm under pressure with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, • Tech-savvy; knowledge of Zenoti or other booking/retail systems is a plus, • Lead and develop Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Leads, and Sales Associates, • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer service challenges, • Manage day-to-day spa operations, scheduling, inventory, and supply ordering, • Drive membership, retail, and gift card sales through team motivation and coaching, • Oversee staff recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews, • Manage appointment book optimization to maximize revenue and therapist productivity, • Ensure spa cleanliness, organization, and brand-standard compliance, • Maintain accurate data entry, employee documentation, and administrative reporting, • Competitive salary + bonus potential, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match, • Employee discounts on services and retail, • Flexible scheduling If you're a motivated leader who loves developing people and delivering unforgettable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
