Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Security Officer with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York and Florida. We have currently have an opening in our Jersey City, NJ location. Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday 11pm-7am (Overnight) The ideal candidate would be responsible for: • Patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points., • Observing any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards and reporting to management, • Responding to emergency situations and/or alarms and contact appropriate emergency services as needed, • Becoming familiar with incoming and outgoing traffic - know the residents, visitors, and guests and monitor for the presence of unauthorized persons., • Performing required patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle, • Knowing the facility / building policies and procedures; enforce them within the limits of the position, • Investigating and preparing reports on accidents, suspicious activities and incidents as well as following established emergency procedures, • Maintaining a professional demeanor when assisting residents, visitors, and guests Weekly Pay Uniforms Provided Full Time Employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days with a 401k match after one year of employment.
