Key Responsibilities: • Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot IP and analog camera systems (NVR/DVR), • Install and service access control systems including card readers, keypads, maglocks, and strikes, • Install and service vehicle and pedestrian gate systems and operators, • Pull, label, terminate, and dress low-voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6, coax), • Mount cameras, panels, readers, and control equipment, • Configure and commission systems for proper operation, • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and site plans, • Perform service calls and system upgrades, • Communicate professionally with property managers and clients, • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site, • Complete work orders and service documentation Required Qualifications: • 2+ years experience in low-voltage security installations, • Hands-on experience with cameras, access control, and gate systems, • Strong understanding of low-voltage wiring and terminations, • Ability to troubleshoot system issues in the field, • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, • Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and outdoors, • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with HOAs, commercial, or industrial properties, • Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, PoE switches), • Manufacturer experience (Axis, Hikvision, HID, etc.), • OSHA-10 or OSHA-30, • Customer-facing service experience What We Offer: • $28–$38 per hour based on experience, • Steady, year-round work, • Overtime opportunities, • Company vehicle for qualified technicians, • Tools and equipment provided, • Growth and advancement opportunities, • Professional, team-oriented work environment Powered by JazzHR u18MMFw9fA
