Responsibilities • Supervise the cafe staff, ensuring smooth operations., • Create staff schedules to meet business needs., • Provide training to team members for consistent performance., • Deliver customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly., • Oversee food preparation to maintain high quality and safety standards., • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times., • Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages., • Order supplies to keep operations running smoothly., • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe, kitchen, and storage areas., • Develop strategies to drive sales and improve profitability., • Implement those strategies effectively to meet financial goals., • Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is required., • Solid knowledge of kitchen management, food service operations, and inventory control., • Previous barista and coffee preparation experience is a plus., • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team., • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail., • Proven time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals, • Availability to work across locations from Center Moriches to Southampton What We Offer We provide competitive compensation based on experience.
