Learn more at ___. Purity Products is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to help drive growth across our expanding portfolio of DTC health and wellness brands. We’re a 33-year-old nutraceutical company with more than two million lifetime customers, and we’re investing heavily in e-commerce growth. Our internal P2P Labs team is scaling Cheerific, launching 5D Bioworks, and improving the digital experience across our flagship Purity properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves testing, analyzing customer behavior, improving landing pages, and turning insights into measurable conversion lifts. Location: Plainview, NY — Hybrid (4 days on-site/half-day Friday) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $105,000–$125,000 Benefits: Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k) What You’ll Do • Own day-to-day execution of CRO tests across product pages, collection pages, cart, checkout, and subscription flows, • Use tools like Shopify, Microsoft Clarity, GA4, and Northbeam to identify opportunities and measure results, • Partner with paid media to improve landing page performance for Meta, TikTok, and other acquisition channels, • Test and optimize subscription signup experiences, including offers, upsells, value proposition, and friction points, • Prioritize testing ideas with leadership and help build a disciplined, hypothesis-driven testing cadence, • Document learnings and apply successful insights across multiple brands What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of experience in CRO, ecommerce optimization, growth, or a related role, • DTC brand experience, ideally in health, wellness, supplements, beauty, or CPG, • Hands-on Shopify experience, • Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests, • Familiarity with subscription platforms such as Loop, ReCharge, Stay AI, or similar, • Strong analytical skills and comfort using tools like GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, FullStory, and Northbeam, • Experience optimizing landing pages for paid acquisition campaigns, • A bias toward shipping, testing, learning, and improving quickly Bonus points for experience with Replo, Shogun, GemPages, Unbounce, Octane AI, Typeform, or multi-brand ecommerce environments. About the Team You’ll join P2P Labs, a small entrepreneurial team inside Purity Products. We move with the speed and ownership of a startup, backed by the resources and stability of an established company. You’ll report to the Head of P2P Labs and work closely with our Shopify Webmaster, paid media team, CRM/Lifecycle team, and external development and design partners.
