Job Description As a Customer Account Representative at Ronald DeMyers Sr Agency - State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the relationship. The Customer Account Representative's primary focus will be handling customer inquiries, coordinating service appointments, and providing top-notch sales recommendations to existing and potential customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Customer Account Communication and Support: • Act as customers' main point of contact, responding promptly to their inquiries, concerns, and service requests regarding auto claims, Insurance coverage, and overall policy and life recommendations., • Provide customers with knowledgeable assistance and expert guidance regarding Insurance replacement, pricing, and service options., • Address customers complaints or issues with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to finding prompt and satisfactory resolutions without the long hold(s). Appointment Coordination: • Schedule and coordinate appointments according to customers preferences and salesperson availability., • Ensure smooth communication between customers and Agency, informing all parties about appointment details, changes, and specific requirements and the timing of those actions. Sales and Upselling: • Identify upselling opportunities during client interactions and promote additional services, such as cyber protection, roof replacement, or available products and services that fit, to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue. Customer Relationship Management: • Nurture strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty., • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, testimonials, and reviews, and leverage positive customer experiences to enhance the company's reputation. Administrative Tasks: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, service logs, and appointment schedules in the company's database or CRM system., • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and necessary paperwork related to customer accounts and transactions. Customer Account Representative Qualifications and Skills: • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred., • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales roles, preferably in the automotive or service industry., • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving., • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts and appointments simultaneously., • Knowledge of auto glass replacement terminology, techniques, and products is advantageous but not mandatory (training will be provided)., • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team., • Superior work ethic with a tenacious attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, • Ability to speak Both English and Spanish is a plus ++, • Ability and willingness to get and maintain required state licensing is a requirement.
