Job Description Job Title: Material Handler – Warehouse Associate Payrate: $18 About the Role: As a Material Handler – Warehouse Associate, you play a key part in supporting our mission through the daily execution of our core values, including safety leadership, customer satisfaction, business ethics, operational excellence, financial performance, teamwork, employee development, and community/charity involvement. You will ensure the seamless flow of inventory throughout the warehouse while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities: • Unload materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks, inspecting shipments for quality requirements., • Stock and transfer materials to the appropriate shelves, bins, racks, or pipe bundles by predetermined sequence (location, size, type, style, length)., • Mark materials with correct identifying information., • Transfer materials to and from the shop for modification as needed., • Assemble, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment in boxes and pallets per customer specifications., • Pull orders for delivery and stock transfers; load onto trucks or move to packing area using forklifts, overhead cranes, or heavy equipment., • Prepare documentation for shipping, including UPS, LTL, SH, or Air Shipments., • Accurately scan or enter inventory data into the inventory database system., • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with OSHA and customer safety policies., • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Required Education, Experience & Skills:, • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience., • Ability to learn company, federal, health and safety regulations., • Basic computer skills, including typing and inventory system use., • Effective reading, writing, and basic math skills.
