    Welcome to NM Group! We have recently taken on a new client in our Nashville location and are looking to build 2-3 marketing teams around top performers. While this starts as an entry level role, we are looking for longevity. We would like to internally train a few select candidates from an assistant role to a managing director position within the span of a year. It may seems fast, but this is the speed our clients are looking to grow and we have never backed down from a challenge yet. Our ideal candidate: • Passionate about the causes we represent, • Puts integrity above all else, • Great team player, • Comfortable communicating with all different demographics, • Excited to take on leadership responsibilities, • Able to be competitive, but not cut throat, • Not scared of a challenge, • Is local or can be in NYC within 2-3 weeks Responsibilities include: • Set up and execute marketing presentations on behalf of our clients, • Provide daily feedback to team lead and weekly feedback to the account manager, covering all KPIs required, • Site relationship management, • Travel for networking events once every 2-3 months, • Conduct monthly presentations to other team members to check in on progress, • Keep up up date with client initiatives, • Prepare market research prior to any new events, • Suggest additional sources of revenue We are new to Nashville and looking to build a strong foundation we can grow from. All of our employees receive paid training, are offered a base salary with the opportunity to earn bonuses and benefits after 90 days. Requirements Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory; however, familiarity with GM vehicles is a plus. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, powertrain components, transmissions, and suspension systems. Ability to perform oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, tire services, shocks & struts replacement, and auto body repairs. Experience with ADAS calibration, diesel engine repair, auto estimating, and auto body work is advantageous. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive maintenance procedures. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
