Job Description Candidates shall be responsible for the coordination of the project planning, scheduling, managing subcontractors, coordinating supplies and vendors and management of the project as a whole to ensure success. Roles & Responsibilities: • Project Preparation including analyze plans and specifications to optimize solutions, • Help to define deadlines for supplies and PO’s, • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure scheduled are maintained, • Shop drawings and material submittals documentation (logs), • Job follow up and control, • Help to ensure that the key material delivery schedules are met, • Multi-site management, • Coordinate and oversee all on site installation (travel will often be required to fulfill this responsibility), • Maintain quality control of all products, • Shop & Site Visits (Own transportation necessary with reimbursement of fuel & mileage), • Experience with High End Millwork Required, • Understanding and Interpreting Millwork Shop Drawings Required, • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project, • Perform Field survey and layout, • Knowledge of Autocad (a big plus), • Knowledge of industry standard construction means and methods a must, • Organized and detail oriented; must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time, • Good communication skills; · Management or field supervision of Millwork Construction projects : 5 Years Minimum Benefits: • Health insurance, • 401K match, • Summer hours – ½ day Fridays, • Job performance bonuses Job Types: Full-time, Contract Benefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Dental insurance, • Flexible schedule, • Flexible spending account, • Health insurance, • Health savings account, • Life insurance, • Paid time off, • Parental leave, • Vision insurance Compensation Package: • Bonus opportunities Experience: • Project management: 5 years (Required) Language: • English (Required), • Spanish (Preferred) Willingness to travel: • 50% (Required) Work Location: In person Company DescriptionAt DDMA, we design and build some of the most unique and complex millwork, casework and finish work features in the world. Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY The PCA Trainer works in conjunction with and provides individual hands-on training in service delivery to Health Care Associates (HCA’s), Patient Care Associates (PCA’s) and other clinical support staff. Creates training schedules and conducts staff sign offs. Observes work of clinical support staff to determine individual needs to improve level of proficiency in various aspects of responsibilities in need of improvement. PCA trainer is expected to float to NYC locations as needed for training purposes. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Training (50%) • Provides “hands on” training in service delivery at each of the Centers., • As required, works with individuals to improve level of proficiency in various aspectsof responsibilities in need of improvement., • Assists with chart audits and clinical support staff observations on a quarterly basis. Patient Care (25%), • Assess flow of patients through health center to minimize patient wait times., • Assists in the orientation and training of new clinic staff, as indicated., • Ensures access to interpreter services for patients with communication barriers., • Provides health education and care related to sexual and reproductivehealthcare., • Performs clinic opening and closing duties; clinic and equipment cleaning; re-stocking supplies, etc. Reports facility and equipment issues as indicated., • Excellent customer service and communication skills., • Ability to remain focused and calm in stressful situations., • Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills., • Superior oral and written communication skills., • Keen attention to detail.• Excellent organizational skills., • Ability to exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making skills., • Ability to produce reliable, high-quality work with minimal direct supervision., • Ability to follow HIPAA Policies and Procedures., • Previous experience working with electronic health record., • Proficiency in other languages., • Prior Planned Parenthood employment., • Prior health care employment., • Previous experience in a high-volume customer service role., • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program., • Work experience in Sexual Reproductive Health.
