For our location in Sevilla, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales (m/f/d). In this key role, you will be responsible for the global steering, planning, and transparency of all sales activities. What you can expect – and what you can look forward to • A responsible leadership role with a high level of autonomy, • The opportunity to actively shape and further develop the Sevilla site, • An international working environment with short decision-making paths, • A competitive compensation package and attractive development prospects Your daily mission – where you make the difference • Definition, structuring, and alignment of global and regional sales targets (revenue, order intake, margin, pipeline), • Translation of corporate and go-to-market strategies into concrete operational sales targets, • Design, continuous improvement, and operation of standardized global sales reporting, • Definition and tracking of key KPIs (e.g. pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle, forecast accuracy), • Regular reporting for management, executive board, and regional sales leadership, • Execution of structured market, country, and segment analyses, • Development and maintenance of market and prioritization matrices, • Close cooperation with Global & Regional Sales, Tender Management, Product Management, Finance & Controlling, Operations and After Sales, • Central coordination function between sales, management, and operational units What you bring to the table – and how you make us even better • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable field, • Advanced qualifications in Controlling, Strategy, Data Analytics, or Sales Management are an advantage, • Several years of experience in Sales Steering, Sales Operations, Commercial Controlling, or Sales Planning roles, • Strong background in global sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics, • Proven experience in building and leading analytical or sales-support organizations, • Ability to align regions, sales teams, and management through clear steering logic, • Strong leadership presence combined with structured and collaborative stakeholder management, • Strong analytical and strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, • Clear focus on transparency, consistency, and decision quality, • Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantag
