El puesto: Buscamos un perfil en prácticas para apoyar al equipo de Account Management en Barcelona. Tu trabajo será dar soporte en la gestión diaria de los grupos de restauración que operan con honei: preparar materiales, coordinar activaciones, resolver dudas operativas y asegurar que nada se quede sin respuesta. Trabajarás codo con codo con el equipo de Account Management. Aprenderás cómo funciona un grupo con 5, 10 o 15 locales. Entenderás qué preocupa a un director de operaciones, qué mira un CFO, qué necesita un responsable de local. Y poco a poco irás ganando autonomía para gestionar cuentas propias. What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment., • Experience with data integration and building robust ETL/streaming pipelines., • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud-native architecture., • Experience or strong interest in building tools and infrastructure to support AI-driven research, insight generation, or agent-based systems., • Ability to work with complex datasets and turn them into structured, explainable outputs via automation or ML-driven workflows., • Hands-on experience with APIs, • Familiarity with DevSecOps best practices, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code. Nice to Have • Experience with financial data, trading systems, or quant research platforms., • Familiarity with agent-based architectures and frameworks supporting autonomous research agents, • Knowledge of market microstructure, order book modeling, or execution algorithms., • Familiarity with DeFi protocols, blockchain analytics, or on-chain data., • Prior experience building backtesting engines or simulation frameworks. Career Progression As one of our founding engineers, you will start by owning critical systems and infrastructure design, evolve into Tech Lead for AI & Trading Infrastructure and later into a Head of Engineering as the team grows, and help build and mentor the next generation of engineers that will scale Iqana’s technology. Compensation At Iqana, we believe in transparency and competitiveness: • Base Salary Range: €38,000 - €51,000 gross annual + 10% bonus, • Equity Package: Meaningful equity package — share the upside as we grow from Pre-Seed to global scale., • Total Compensation: Competitive and designed to grow as we scale, with compensation reviews twice per year
