At Hidrotermal, we specialize in innovative water treatment and pool equipment solutions, distributing to clients around the globe. We’re a growing company with a strong reputation for product quality and flexibility — and now we’re expanding our creative team. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who doesn’t just follow instructions — but brings ideas, explores trends, and takes our brand visuals to the next level. What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for producing a wide range of visual content across different channels and formats: Social Media Content: Instagram posts, stories, and reels thumbnails (product highlights, educational visuals, promotions). Marketing Materials: Product brochures, flyers, catalogs, banners (for both print and digital). Technical Documents: Installation manuals, product datasheets, infographics explaining product use or specs. Web Visuals: Website graphics, headers, UI concepts, and promotional visuals (e.g., homepage sliders, category images). Brand Development: Help evolve and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints — while suggesting improvements when needed. What We’re Looking For Creative Thinker: You go beyond the brief — suggesting ideas, exploring visuals, and constantly pushing for better design outcomes. Self-Motivated: We want someone who takes ownership of tasks and doesn’t need micromanaging. Versatile: From minimalist product visuals to busy banners — you can adapt. Detail-Oriented: Clean typography, pixel-perfect alignments, file naming conventions — you care about the details. Team Player: You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and sourcing teams. Requirements Proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required) Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with layout design (brochures, manuals, catalogs) Social media design experience Familiarity with exporting for web and print (color profiles, bleed, compression) (Bonus) Motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) (Bonus) Basic 3D renders, UI/UX knowledge, or web tools like Figma or Canva What We Offer Flexible schedule Remote work or hybrid option Fast-growing company with global presence Freedom to propose and lead creative direction Your work will be seen across dozens of countries
