As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our top-tier restaurant partners, making sure they thrive and win with us. /p pAlso, responsibility and ownership of several cities in your Area, define and pursue long‑term strategy for the cities in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertising and Operations. /p pEstablish and maintain a very close relationship with Top Partners in the city, guide them through the growth journey, be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude! /p pbTHE JOURNEY /b /p ul liEstablish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews). /li liEvaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs. /li liDraw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling). /li liOptimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc). /li liImprove Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets. /li liUnderstand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners. /li liImprove operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE /b /p ul liAt least 2 years of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies). /li liBachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus. /li liComputer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office and Excel. /li liNative Spanish and English skills. /li liStrong Commercial skills and customer obsession: you're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform. /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills. /li liProject management: You find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with a great critical-thinking. /li liA data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary. /li /ul pIndividuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
