Por favor, envíen su solicitud sin demora. /ph3Position /h3pCommercial Financial Controller /ph3Location /h3pMadrid /ph3Experience /h3p5+ years in commercial and financial controlling, including solid experience in pricing and margin management /ph3About the Company /h3pInsud Pharma is a general pharmaceutical group operating across the entire value chain, offering specialized expertise and broad experience in scientific research, development, manufacturing, sales and marketing of a wide range of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), finished dosage forms (FDF) and branded pharmaceutical products, adding value to human and animal health. /ppInsud Pharma is organized into three synergistic business areas: Industrial (Chemo), Branded (Exeltis) and Biotech (mAbxience), with 10,000 professionals in more than 50 countries, 20 industrial plants, 15 specialized RD centers, 12 commercial offices and more than 35 pharmaceutical affiliates, serving 1,150 customers in over 110 countries worldwide. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze sales, pricing, margins and profitability by country, customer and product. /liliPerform price reconciliations in both Tender and Non‑Tender environments. /liliIdentify deviations versus Budget and Forecast, and propose improvement actions. /liliExecute the monthly consolidated financial closing based on submissions from international entities. /liliEnsure financial accuracy, detect inconsistencies and define corrective actions. /liliLead Budget and Forecast processes in line with Group requirements. /liliSupport entities during financial planning preparation and consolidate financial information. /liliAnalyze Capex projects and RD investments, monitoring commitments and evaluating returns and key financial indicators. /liliMonitor structural costs by department and identify operational deviations, risks and opportunities. /liliEnsure alignment of international entities with Corporate deadlines, policies and ad hoc requirements. /liliMaintain and promote the correct use of finance systems and reporting tools such as SAP, BW, QlikView, BPC and other reporting solutions. /liliWork closely with Corporate Finance, Plant Directors, Commercial Management, RD, Operations and Controlling teams. /liliSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of finance processes and policies. /liliProvide financial validation and constructive challenge on pricing decisions, investment proposals and budget deviations within defined thresholds. /liliPresent financial results, key deviations, risks and opportunities to senior management when required. /liliLead, coordinate and develop a team of 3–4 controllers. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity degree in Business Administration, Economics or a similar field. /liliStrong experience in Commercial Controlling and financial analysis. /liliAt least 3–4 years of specific experience in pricing analysis and margin management, including Tender and Non‑Tender environments. /liliSolid and demonstrable accounting background, including financial accounting and reconciliation processes. /liliDeep understanding of industrial and commercial business models. /liliGood understanding of Capex, RD and cost structures. /liliAdvanced Excel and expert use of Office tools. /liliERP knowledge, preferably SAP. /liliExperience with Business Intelligence tools such as BW, QlikView, BPC and Power BI. /liliPrevious broader experience in accounting and finance roles will be highly valued. /liliExperience working in multinational environments. /liliFluent English. /liliStrong leadership and team management skills. /liliExcellent communication and cross‑functional influencing abilities. /liliHigh analytical rigor and attention to detail. /liliResults‑oriented mindset and continuous improvement approach. /liliAbility to perform effectively in high‑ambiguity environments and manage changing priorities. /liliStrong relationship‑building skills across different functions and organizational levels. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliPermanent contract. /liliGlobal role within an international pharmaceutical company. /liliA strategic position with high visibility and exposure to key business areas. /liliTeam leadership responsibility in a cross‑functional environment. /liliProfessional development opportunities in a dynamic and challenging setting. /liliHay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunities Commitment /h3pAt Insud Pharma, we are committed to equal opportunities in all our selection and professional development processes.
