Position Overview:
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with careful attention to detail and consistency.
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Keep the barista station clean and organized at all times.
- Assist team members during busy service periods.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a barista is required; however, we offer comprehensive training for candidates without prior experience.
- A friendly, reliable, and proactive work approach.
- A strong passion for exceptional coffee and engaging with customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
