APTITUDES Imprescindible experiencia constatada. Buen funcionamiento de la sala, controlar los inventarios de material y bebidas, controlar el stock de los mismos, así como supervisar el estado y limpieza de las instalaciones. Comunicación directa con cocina a la hora de la elaboración de platos, así como la presentación de los mismos a a los clientes. También debe ofrecer información sobre alérgenos. Recibir, acompañar y despedir al cliente, así como tomar la comanda si es oportuno. Asesorar a los posibles clientes sobre eventos y contratación de servicios. IDIOMAS Indispensable inglés y francés. Se valorará positivamente euskera.
