Overview:
A confidential premium lifestyle & events company based in Marbella is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of digital campaigns, creative content, and performance-driven marketing across a portfolio of high-end automotive and lifestyle events in Spain and Europe.
This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer with strong design and tech skills, who can create impactful campaigns while contributing to the overall marketing strategy of a fast-growing luxury brand. You’ll have the chance to work closely with the CEO and a small dynamic team, ensuring the brand captures and engages an exclusive UHNW audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimise digital campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Deliver engaging content, reels, newsletters, and video campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development of the brand’s marketing strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing assets (visuals, copy, presentations) that align with a premium brand identity.
- Work alongside Events and PR teams to support brand partnerships and campaign launches.
- Play an active role in preparing brand activations and the launch gala scheduled for October 2025 and beyond.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, or event-driven brands.
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
- Hands-on creative skills in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Bilingual: fluent English & Spanish (written and spoken).
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- A proactive, creative thinker who enjoys combining execution with strategic input.

As Sales Coordinator, Under the general direction of the Commercial Director or his/her delegate, and within the limits of the established IHG and local Hotel policies and procedures, is responsible for booking and servicing group enquiries while providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients of the Hotel. Your day-to-day • Support in the hotel's MICE sales processes, functions include, but are not limited to, support in MICE related requests for proposals, follow-up, negotiation and contracting of group related business., • Supporting the MICE segment in the hotel, from solicitation to completion of group transactions., • Work in a timely manner to execute and distribute all Banquet Event Orders (BEO), Group Fact Sheets (GFS)., • Organise and conduct special events, site inspections and external presentations for potential clients., • Negotiate room rates, meeting room rentals, event space and/or hotel services within approved booking guidelines., • Support in drafting and/or accurately reviewing all sales contracts, rate agreements and/or banquet/catering orders., • Regularly follow up with customers during and after departure to ensure customer satisfaction and secure future bookings., • Establish and maintain a relationship with local DMCs and international PCOs., • Follow up closely with potential new clients., • Work closely with the events department to manage the logistics of each group., • Meet and entertain guests and clients on a regular basis to establish and maintain good business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction., • Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and brand in the local community. However, the high demand meant that it was enlarged on three occasions until it became a Grand Luxury hotel with 68 rooms, 20 luxury villas and more than 440 members of staff. Celebrities of all kinds have been guests at the hotel, such as Queen Ingrid of Denmark, Michael Jackson, Julio Iglesias, Camilo José Cela, Baroness Von Thyssen, Lola Flores, Sean Connery, Antonio Banderas, Melanie Griffith or Carlos Herrera. The hotel complex was a valuable asset to Spain’s tourism, and it was made up by: Hotel Los Monteros, Río Real golf course, tennis club, La Cabane beach club and the horse-riding club. It had the first golf course in town, the current Río Real golf course; today it offers green fees in more than 20 golf courses of the area.
