Role Description The Country Manager – Spain (Southern Europe Growth) is a senior, director-level role with full ownership of the Spanish market and a clear growth path toward leading Southern Europe (Portugal, Italy, France) . This role combines commercial leadership, business development, market strategy, and execution . You will act as the country owner for Spain, working closely with the founders and product team to scale BrandLink’s commercial presence and shape the regional growth strategy. Work format: This role is remote-friendly within Spain , with flexibility to work remotely and periodic travel for client meetings, industry events, and key business activities. Occasional presence in Málaga or other key locations may be required. Study Execution & Oversight • Track patient recruitment, site performance metrics, and protocol compliance., • Identify issues, risks, and deviations; collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions., • Assist with trial supply management (device accountability, shipping, reconciliation)., • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of monitoring activities and site communication.
