Descripción de la Vacante: Como Representante de Servicio al Cliente, serás la cara amigable de nuestra empresa, interactuando de manera directa con nuestros clientes para ofrecer un servicio excepcional. Tu principal responsabilidad será asegurar la satisfacción del cliente, gestionando consultas, resolviendo problemas y brindando asistencia de manera eficiente. Responsabilidades de customer service Atender y resolver consultas de los clientes a través de diversos canales de comunicación, como teléfono, correo electrónico, chat en línea y whatsapp Proporcionar información precisa sobre productos, servicios y políticas de la empresa. Gestionar y resolver problemas de los clientes de manera oportuna y efectiva. Retrasos, equivocaciones de producto… Registrar y documentar de manera precisa todas las interacciones con los clientes en el sistema. (zendesk) Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos para garantizar una resolución adecuada de problemas. Logística, cocina, ventas, producto. Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de los productos y servicios de la empresa para brindar asesoramiento informado. Identificar oportunidades para mejorar los procesos y la satisfacción del cliente. Controlar y mejorar continuamente el Net Promoter Score (NPS) como indicador clave de la satisfacción del cliente. (Actualmente con el programa de OPINAT) Otros También nos ayudaras con algunas otras tareas administrativas. Requisitos: Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación verbal y escrita: castellano, catalán e inglés. Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente. Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno de ritmo rápido. Empatía y habilidades para manejar situaciones delicadas. Conocimiento básico de sistemas informáticos y software de oficina. (zendesk y experiencia previa en NPS) Orientado/a a resultados y comprometido/a con la excelencia en el servicio. ABOUT OUR CLIENT A leading company providing services to the largest companies in various sectors, including telecommunications, finance, healthcare, retail, public administration, digital natives, among others. RESPONSIBILITIES Handling incidents through a ticketing system (no calls, chats, or emails). REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS - 2 years of experience as technical support in contact center campaigns (this is NOT an IT Support role). - C1 level English. - Experience in Beta advertising and training in Google Adwords is a plus.
