Salary: €25,000–€35,000 gross/year (depending on experience) Reports To: Events Manager Location: Marbella, Spain Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 (flexible schedule based on events) Start Date: Immediate / November 2025 Overview: • A confidential premium lifestyle & events company based in Marbella is seeking a highly organised, hands-on Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of high-end automotive and lifestyle events across Spain and Europe. Working closely with the Events Manager, the Events Coordinator will take ownership of smaller-scale events while providing operational support for major international productions. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to grow within a fast-paced, luxury brand environment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and execute smaller-scale events such as Cars & Coffee, Morning Drives, Clubhouse gatherings, and member meetups., • Support the Events Manager in the organization of major international and domestic events., • Provide ad-hoc operational and logistical support to the Events Manager as required., • Manage all logistical details including bookings, itineraries, schedules, guest lists, and on-site coordination., • Liaise with venues, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless event delivery., • Prepare event materials, signage, and guest packs as required., • Maintain event records, budgets, and reports as assigned., • Travel as required to support events across Spain and Europe. Requirements: • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, operations, hospitality or similar., • Full command of Spanish and English written and spoken, additional languages a plus., • Valid EU passport. Local candidates living in or near Marbella will be given priority., • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail., • Service-oriented mindset with a calm, professional approach under pressure., • Positive, proactive attitude and team spirit., • While good proven experience is more important than studies, a BA or higher in the field or similar is highly valued., • Willingness to travel frequently (international events possible) and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on event schedules.
