Buscamos un/a Manager de Restaurante comprometido/a y proactivo/a para liderar nuestro equipo y asegurar el buen funcionamiento diario del establecimiento. Este puesto combina tareas de liderazgo, operativas y administrativas, por lo que buscamos a alguien con una visión integral del negocio y una actitud resolutiva. Responsabilidades: Supervisar, coordinar y ejecutar la operación diaria del restaurante. Asegurar la calidad del servicio al cliente y el cumplimiento de los estándares de la marca. Gestionar, motivar y organizar al equipo de trabajo. Tener presencia activa en la caja, estación de bebidas y área de servicio. Asumir funciones administrativas clave (cierres de caja, control de costes, inventario, turnos, pedidos). Velar por la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento de normativas sanitarias. Apoyar en cocina en tareas básicas cuando sea necesario. Requisitos: ✅ Experiencia previa como encargado/a o supervisor/a en hostelería o restauración. ✅ Capacidad de liderazgo y organización. ✅ Conocimientos básicos de cocina. ✅ Orientación al cliente y habilidades comunicativas. ✅ Disponibilidad para incorporación inmediata. En este rol combinado, te encargarás de la gestión de la oficina y del desarrollo de ventas, asegurando operaciones eficientes y fomentando el crecimiento empresarial a través de la generación y el seguimiento de leads. Responsabilidades Clave - Gestión de la Oficina - Supervisar las operaciones diarias y garantizar que los recursos y suministros estén disponibles. - Coordinar reuniones, eventos corporativos y logística de viajes para el equipo. - Gestionar presupuestos y controlar los gastos relacionados con la oficina. - Actuar como contacto principal con proveedores y servicios externos. - Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro y funcional. Desarrollo de Ventas - Generar y calificar leads de forma proactiva mediante investigación y contacto (llamadas en frío, correos electrónicos, redes sociales). - Construir relaciones iniciales con prospectos y programar reuniones para el equipo de ventas. - Mantener registros precisos en el sistema CRM. - Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para una transición fluida de leads cualificados. - Crear informes sobre métricas clave de desarrollo de ventas y productividad. Sobre Ti Experiencia: Experiencia previa en gestión de oficinas, servicio al cliente o desarrollo de negocio. Orientación al cliente: Habilidad para anticipar necesidades y ofrecer experiencias excepcionales. Resolución de problemas: Proactividad y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico. Trabajo en equipo: Mentalidad abierta, colaborativa y dispuesta a aprender rápidamente. Afinidad tecnológica: Familiaridad con sistemas CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) y herramientas como Microsoft Office o Google Workspace. Idiomas: Dominio profesional del español, catalán e inglés.
