We are seeking an experienced Immigration Law Expert to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll provide deep insights into Spanish and EU immigration policies, assisting clients with complex legal processes and ensuring compliance with the latest regulations. While a law degree is not required, in-depth knowledge of immigration procedures and legal frameworks is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on visa, residency, and work permit applications
Ensure compliance with local and international immigration laws
Stay updated on changes to immigration regulations and policies

Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of Spanish and EU immigration law
Proven experience in immigration consultancy or similar roles
