Our client is a fast-growing tech and digital services provider within the iGaming industry, focused on delivering engaging and personalised player experiences through innovation, data, and gamification. They are now seeking a CRM Manager – Promotions & Gamification to drive player engagement through creative, data-led promotional strategies. The Role As CRM Manager, you will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of promotions and gamification campaigns, ensuring they are fully aligned with the player lifecycle. You will play a key role in transforming promotional activity into a structured, automated engagement engine, designed to increase retention, loyalty, and player lifetime value. This role sits at the intersection of CRM, Product, and Commercial teams, requiring both creativity and analytical thinking. Responsibilities • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and gamification initiatives across the player lifecycle, • Manage key mechanics such as tournaments, missions, leaderboards, bonuses, and reward systems, • Align all promotional activity with lifecycle stages (welcome, retention, reactivation, VIP), • Collaborate with Product teams to enhance onsite gamification features and user experience, • Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise engagement, conversion, and retention metrics, • Manage multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite messaging), • Support the development of a structured promotional calendar aligned with key events and business goals, • Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance and player engagement, • Ensure campaigns are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements, • Work closely with design and content teams to deliver high-quality player communications Requirements • Experience in CRM within the iGaming industry, with a focus on promotions and gamification, • Strong understanding of player behaviour, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing, • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Optimove, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar, • Experience managing bonuses, campaigns, and promotional mechanics, • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse and optimise campaign performance, • Experience working with multi-channel CRM strategies, • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment Why This Role? • Direct impact on player engagement and retention strategy, • Opportunity to work on creative, high-visibility campaigns and gamification features, • Cross-functional exposure to Product, Data, and Commercial teams, • Join a growing, innovation-driven iGaming company
