Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional
Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of Làlia, ensuring every member feels valued, informed, and part of our vibrant community. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Palma.
The ideal candidate will embody our brand values, build meaningful connections with members, and serve as a central point of information. From managing bookings to highlighting Làlia’s unique events and experiences, this role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives on delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities




  • Represent Làlia with professionalism, warmth, and a deep understanding of our brand values.
  • Build strong relationships with members, ensuring they feel valued and engaged within the community.
  • Provide up-to-date information on club activities, events, and amenities, ensuring members are always informed.
  • Manage all member bookings, including reservations for events, facilities, and dining, and confirm these on the day of the event.
  • Ensure booking details are communicated promptly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations, particularly during events.
  • Stay current with local happenings to offer tailored recommendations for dining, cultural events, and attractions in Palma.
  • Maintaining a welcoming reception area.


Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within hospitality, events, marketing, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, booking systems, and basic computer skills.
  • Familiarity with members clubs or luxury hospitality environments is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask effectively.


Work Schedule
Shifts vary from Monday to Saturday, with availability required for evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and both opening and closing duties.
Compensation
Salary is based on the hospitality agreement.
