🎯We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and brand development of our restaurant project in Barcelona. This is a hands-on role for someone who is not only comfortable running campaigns, but knows how to build a strong brand, create demand, grow a community, and turn creative ideas into measurable business results. 🚀What you’ll do • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the restaurant., • Own brand positioning, communication and tone of voice., • Plan and launch marketing campaigns and special projects., • Lead the restaurant’s digital presence across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels., • Develop the content strategy and coordinate photographers, videographers, designers and other creatives., • Build relationships with influencers, local media and key opinion leaders., • Create collaborations, events and activations that attract new audiences., • Track marketing performance and use data to optimize campaigns and initiatives., • Work closely with the restaurant’s operations and leadership teams to drive traffic, brand awareness and revenue., • Manage the marketing budget and external agencies/freelancers. 🚀What we’re looking for • 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, retail or a consumer brand., • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media., • Excellent sense of branding, visual communication and content., • A creative, proactive person who can come up with ideas and turn them into reality., • Strong project management and communication skills., • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment., • English — professional working proficiency.
