Job Description What you’ll do… Full control of storeroom + control entry of goods as requested. In charge of monthly inventory for storeroom and outlets, monthly counts and reporting related. Responsible for the over-seeing the ordering for mainly beverage stock (repositioning), receiving all the goods, recording all goods and services (not contracted) in purchasing system, and deliver on timely manner requisition purchases. Purchase orders (not related to inventory mainly) are handled by the concerned head of department (HOD). Track and report key functional food and beverage metrics (cost of sales mainly) to support the Director of F&B and Head Chef aligned with hotel objectives. Ensure good communication with HODs to deliver goods on timely manner – liaising with the chefs and managers this is done correctly into the system. Responsible for reviewing weekly the open purchase order with HODs. Maintain company guidelines for refuse storage and removal and liaising with the contractors. Oversee the goods receiving and work with finance on related paperwork. Ordering efficiently so that stock is always available without overstocking. Control of the stock always and storeroom area, ordering just what is necessary, without excess. Support HOD if necessary to negotiate new prices and rappels with suppliers. Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration. Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management. Knowledge of stock and goods receiving systems. Previous experience working with Adaco system is preferable. Strong computer skills. You’re cost consciousness and have strong negotiation skills. You have no problem dealing with suppliers. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Manila Hills, a luxury hosting company, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Short-Term Rental Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our properties, ensuring a high-quality experience for guests, and contributing to our expansion efforts. As a Short-Term Rental Property Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for guests, providing prompt and friendly communication before, during, and after their stay. You will address guest inquiries, requests, and issues to ensure a seamless experience and uphold our luxury service standards. In addition to managing guest communications, you will play an active role in property expansion by identifying and acquiring new properties for our portfolio to support company growth. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, have strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving with keen attention to detail.
