Your mission is to expand SATLANTIS’ client network, build long-term partnerships, and translate technical excellence into business growth. You’ll work under the direction of theDirector of European Business, collaborating with technical teams to align innovation with market opportunities.Your main responsibilities will include:- Prepareeffective proposals and presentationsfor business development opportunities.- Analyseregional marketsto identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in alignment with company strategies.- Participate in thedefinition and implementation of a comprehensive business planto achieve revenue and market footprint targets within the region.- Based on a deep understanding ofcustomer missions and requirements, work with internal technical teams to co-create new solutions and drive product innovation.- Establish and maintain long-term client relationshipsacross Europe, ensuring all interactions are reflected in the CRM system and aligned with our strategic goals.What will set you up for success- Amaster’s degree in Aerospace, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in direct sales or account managementin Spain and Europe within Remote Sensing, Aerospace, or a related high-tech industry, with a proven record of revenue success.- Solid background inspace activities, including experience withEuropean and Spanish institutional programs(ESA, EC, or national agencies).- Experience in dual-use technologies and defence-related programs, with an understanding of the regulatory, strategic, institutional ecosystems (MoD, ESA, EC), and market dynamics in European and Spanish contexts.- Familiarity withgo-to-market strategiesand execution inB2B and B2G environments, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.- Strongcommunication and presentation skillsin English and Spanish; proficiency inFrenchwill be considered an asset.- Excellentclient-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders.- A strongunderstanding of technology, sales, and marketing, enabling you to bridge innovation with business opportunities.- Experience ininternational and multidisciplinary environments, demonstrating adaptability and cross-cultural collaboration.- A mindset ofcritical thinking and problem-solving, allowing you to turn challenges into growth opportunities.Ready to take your next step into the space industry?If you’re excited by the idea ofdriving commercial growth in the European space market, collaborating with passionate experts, and helping SATLANTIS bring advanced optical technologies to new horizons.
