    We're seeking an ambitious Business Development to join our Sales Team. This internship is designed for individuals eager to break into the world of technology sales and gain real-world experience working with cutting-edge products and innovative solutions. As a Business Development Intern, you'll work closely with our Account Management and Sales teams to identify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and help build meaningful customer relationships. You’ll learn the core foundations of B2B technology sales while using industry-standard tools and platforms. What You’ll Do: • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media., • Qualify leads and help identify sales opportunities to support the Sales and Account Management teams., • Leverage CRM tools like Hubspot to manage prospects and client information accurately., • Assist in presenting our tech products/services by understanding client challenges and aligning solutions., • Participate in sales strategy meetings and learn how to navigate complex sales cycles., • Collaborate across departments to help deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals., • Support in nurturing and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients. What You’ll Need: • Being fluent in German. Spanish is a plus, but not necessary., • Strong interest in technology, SaaS products, or B2B sales., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn., • Some familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot is a plus)., • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Natural problem-solver with a proactive and high-energy attitude., • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients.     Role Overview The Technical and IT Manager ensures the studio setup and further development processes. Organize and perform the installation and dismantling of different technical devices according to the established procedure, Provide periodic technical support for technical devices in the studio, Take responsibility for setting up technical devices such as video cameras, audio devices, lights, and other equipment; Organize and perform installation of decorative panels inthe studio; Organize and conduct electrical equipment inspections; Organize and conduct the installation of high- and low-voltage cables; Conduct electrical testing; Organize and conduct audio equipment installation and soundproofing works; Track the work done by the team and provide regular reports on the work completed; Perform technical support functions as required by the Studio Operations Department; Perform other functions assigned by their immediate manager and arising from the duties for the respective position. Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required. No specific specialization is necessary. Certificates are not required; however, having training or certification in technical equipment, operational, or administrative fields will be viewed as a plus. Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required, preferably in a technical, operational, or support-related field. Technical and Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good knowledge of technical equipment features and functionality Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking) Strong problem analysis and solution-oriented thinking skills Organizational and time management abilities Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn Proficiency in MS Office and Jira is required; knowledge of other operational tools will be considered an advantage. Languages: Knowledge of English and Spain
