The main room is the heart and soul of the project: an open, educational and cultural kitchen, where the guest is the main character of his own experience: it is not a dining room, rather it is a kitchen where you eat.

We are building a new team for our American Restaurant-Bar with live sports and music, in the center of the city. We need customer oriented people, with a lot of energy and willing to learn our way of work. Experience is not required but appreciated.
