We are looking for a Mobile Account Manager with 2+ years of experience in managing and scaling advertising campaigns as well as directly managing publishers and traffic sources. This role involves owning campaigns end-to-end , working closely with publishers, identifying new traffic opportunities, optimizing performance, and ensuring long-term publisher success. The position can be based remotely. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns on mobile platforms, • Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with new publishers, • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights, • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and troubleshoot issues, • Negotiate pricing and placements to maximize ROI, • Monitor KPIs to ensure profitability and scale opportunities Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or mobile advertising, • Strong understanding of affiliate and performance marketing, • Experience working with publishers, networks, or direct advertisers, • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, • Fluent in English What do we offer A dynamic and supportive working environment that encourages collaboration.
