We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods, managing transportation and warehouse solutions, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery). Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, and carriers to achieve efficient distribution. Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any transportation issues. Prepare shipping documents, customs documentation, and maintain records of shipments. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and distribution of products. Analyze logistics data and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements. Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist in cycle counting and audits. Assist with invoicing and reconciliation of logistics-related costs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) and MS Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with customs, import/export regulations is a plus. Experience in international shipping and freight coordination. Knowledge of lean logistics or just-in-time delivery systems. Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional visits to warehouses or transportation sites. May require availability outside of standard business hours to coordinate with global partners.
