ppWise Energy is looking for a Management Accountant professional with experience in renewable energy asset management. Supporting large‑scale solar portfolios across international jurisdictions, with a focus on Chilean assets, I oversee finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across both outsourced accounting and tax functions as well as in‑house processes. Comfortable operating in a hybrid and international setting, proactively identify and resolve issues, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure the delivery of consistent results. /p h3Management Accounting Reporting /h3 ul liPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for SPVs and group entities. /li liProduce financial reporting packs, dashboards, and commentary, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts. /li liEnsure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with accounting standards and group policies. /li liDeliver financial information to internal stakeholders, lenders, and investors within agreed deadlines. /li /ul h3Budgeting, Forecasting Analysis /h3 ul liSupport the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reforecasts across assigned entities. /li liProvide financial analysis and insights to support planning, performance monitoring, and decision‑making. /li /ul h3Treasury Cash Flow /h3 ul liSupport cash flow forecasting, including liquidity and working capital monitoring. /li liPerform cash reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies. /li liAssist with cash distribution calculations, covenant monitoring, and treasury reporting. /li /ul h3Tax Compliance /h3 ul liOversee local tax compliance in coordination with external advisors, ensuring timely filings and payments. /li liReview tax calculations, returns, and supporting documentation as required. /li liMaintain compliance trackers and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3Audit Statutory Support /h3 ul liPrepare audit deliverables and supporting documentation for statutory audits. /li liCoordinate auditor queries and liaise with external auditors and advisors. /li liSupport the preparation of statutory financial statements under applicable accounting standards. /li /ul h3Asset Onboarding Change Support /h3 ul liSupport onboarding and offboarding of assets, ensuring finance systems, reporting structures, and controls are properly implemented. /li liReview onboarding documentation and validate completeness of financial information. /li liContribute to transactions such as refinancing, restructuring, or MA processes where relevant. /li /ul h3Processes, Systems Controls /h3 ul liMaintain and improve finance SOPs, controls, and documentation. /li liSupport implementation and improvement of finance systems (ERP, payments, reporting tools). /li liEnsure documentation is properly stored and maintained in shared systems. /li /ul h3Collaboration Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, Technical teams, and external service providers. /li liManage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and local accountants. /li liEnsure smooth coordination across internal and outsourced functions. /li /ul h3Ad‑hoc Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liProactively identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and reporting enhancements. /li liSupport ad‑hoc tasks and projects in line with business needs in a dynamic and evolving environment. /li /ul h3SKILLS COMPETENCIES /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: /p ul libTime management prioritization skills /b – ability to effectively manage workload in hectic environments. /li libExcellent communication skills /b (in English or other European languages) – clear and compelling written and verbal communication. /li libFlexibility /b – open to new things and adaptable to evolving responsibilities. /li libIntellectual curiosity /b – keen interest in finance and innovative ideas. /li libIT literacy /b – comfortable with IT systems and data;
