Doofinder is looking for a self-motivated and dedicated BDM to join our sales team, with a specific focus on the Polish market . In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth through new client acquisition. New Business Development Identify and prospect potential clients within the Polish market. Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points. Design and execute acquisition strategies to generate new business. Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into qualified opportunities. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals effectively. 1–2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, primarily focused on SMBs . ~ Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation software. ~ Familiarity with inbound or content-driven sales methodologies. ~ Valid EU work permit . Experience in SaaS environments, especially e-commerce, search, or digital marketing solutions. Background in fast-growing tech companies or high-growth contexts.
