As a JADE barista, you’ll be at the front line of creating memorable customer experiences, bringing warmth, enthusiasm, and personality into every interaction. Our space is designed to grow, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with it. What you’ll do: Prepare and serve matcha-based drinks, coffee, and other menu items with consistency and care. Create genuine connections with customers – be present, engaging, and attentive. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold JADE’s aesthetic and service standards. Support the team as the project expands, with the possibility to step into managerial responsibilities (inventory management, operations, and staff coordination) as new Jade locations open. Who you are: You have experience working as a barista (coffee, tea, or café service). You’re charismatic, approachable, and thrive in direct customer interaction. You’re proactive, reliable, and excited to grow alongside a fast-scaling project. You see hospitality not as a transaction, but as a way of building community.
