Direct manager: Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
Drive Business Growth: Identify potential clients, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to the sales pipeline’s expansion.
Outreach Mastery: Design and execute sequences of emails, calls, and outreach tactics to capture the attention of key decision-makers.
Market Intelligence: Research target industries and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and gather insights.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop impactful marketing materials and sales resources tailored to specific campaigns and audiences.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to ensure pipeline hygiene and data quality.
Client Collaboration: Partner with SDR senior to convert leads into clients, supporting the sales process through preparation and strategic input.
Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with sales deck to execute marketing as localized campaigns, manage social media strategies, and create engaging content showcasing client success stories and solutions.
Process Optimization: Assist in refining sales processes and strategies, ensuring alignment with broader commercial goals. Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, analytical, and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
A strong desire to learn, with a passion for sales and business development.
Creative and entrepreneurial approach to challenges and tasks.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Interest in business and fast-paced industries is advantageous.
