El candidato ideal será responsable de la monitorización de temperaturas y atención en nuestro call center, proporcionando un soporte continuo las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana. Requisitos indispensables: • Idioma: español ( se valorará :italiano o portugués ) • Mecanografía: Habilidad esencial para la entrada rápida y precisa de datos. • Don de palabra: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación. Se valorará positivamente: • Experiencia previa en call center, venta directa o atención telefónica. • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y habilidades organizativas. • Dominio del paquete Office. • Actitud positiva y proactiva. A company in the contact center sector is looking for an inbound Customer Service specialist for the Italian market and work in Barcelona in hybrid mode and perform the following tasks: - Manage inbound contacts (phone calls, emails and letters) from customers seeking information or assistance. - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries regarding products, services and company policies. - Manage website-generated contact forms and provide support through digital channels. - Handle all calls in accordance with applicable service levels and guidelines, call scripts provided by the company. Languages: - Italian spoken and written correctly (Level C2). - English correctly spoken and written (Level C1). Schedule: Full day of 39 hours per week between Monday and Friday in afternoon shift 12:00h - 20:00h with the breaks established by law.
