Buscamos un cocinero cualificado para preparar platos de acuerdo con el menú. Debe ser capaz de seguir las instrucciones para cocinar y servir las comidas. What we need from you Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or any related field. 5+ years’ experience leading the F&B department in a boutique/luxury hotel. Must be fluent in local languages and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. Oracle MICROS knowledge will be highly valuable. You’ll also install new systems to improve hotel always following standards and guidelines and make sure your teams have the tools and resources they need to work well. Ensure that all computer media saves, and back-ups are completed, documented and stored per specifications. Provide recommendation and drive results to ensures that hotel has appropriate technology roadmap to meet short-term and long-terms needs. Assists in monitoring and controlling departmental cost. What we need from you Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field. +3 years’ related experience or with computer set-up and troubleshooting. Must be fluent in local language and English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of networks and operating systems and databases.
