Maximizes hotel revenue by controlling room inventory, group blocking, packages, up selling and reinforcing the late charge policy to maximize REVPAR. Assures that all financial and credit procedures are followed. Follows up on credit problems with Front Office Manager and/or Credit Manager. Reviews all paid-outs, rebates, Petty Cash disbursements and Direct Billings. Checks cashiers’ work at end of shift to ensure all transactions are reconciled with proper approvals and endorsements. Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and well-being of hotel guests and employees when senior managers are not available. Responds swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation. Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone. Checks guest in and out in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible. Assures that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged. Arranges for luggage to be delivered to guest room. Issues correct keys to the guest. Checks out guest at end of stay. Ascertains guest satisfaction, collects keys, posts late charges and presents bill to guest. Settles bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction. Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, runs daily reports, selects and block rooms for arriving guests. Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Employee Handbook. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors and GSAs. Can answer guest calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of a Communications Operator. Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management and is also able to work in all shifts including night shift. Responsabilidades principales Apoyo al equipo de cocina en la preparación y montaje de platos y aperitivos. Mantener la limpieza, orden y correcta conservación de la cocina y zonas de trabajo. Control y reposición de materias primas e insumos básicos. Cumplir con los protocolos de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC). Colaborar con el chef y el resto del equipo para asegurar un servicio rápido y de calidad. Recogida, lavado y almacenaje de utensilios de cocina. Requisitos Experiencia previa en cocina (restauración, bares, catering o similar). Conocimientos básicos de manipulación de alimentos (valoraremos carnet vigente). Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, bajo presión y con buena actitud. Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad para fines de semana y noches. Residencia en Madrid o disponibilidad para desplazarse al local. Qué ofrecemos Contrato de 28h semanales con posibilidad de ampliación. Reporting to the Engineering managers, you will oversee a team of Engineering and painter specialists responsible for all engineering operations for interior/exterior facilities. What you will do: · Supervision of all engineering works necessary to maintain the property in an efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees. · Oversee the smooth day to day operation of the Engineering department, ensuring 24 hour manning of the property. · Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with contractors and suppliers who will furnish reliable 24 hour emergency service as necessary. · Ensure proper execution of work order systems and that items are followed up on for completion. · Handling the purchasing of equipment, replacement parts and repairs, maintaining stock levels, including liaising with vendors and suppliers. · Work cohesively with Housekeeping to maintain our guest rooms to the highest levels of quality and functionality.
