COMMUNITY MANAGER WANTED 📍 La Cala de Mijas | Local preferred (hybrid or part-time freelance) We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Community Manager with a strong design eye to support our brand presence — both on social media and in occasional visual materials. El Jinete is a countryside-style restaurant rooted in Andalusian tradition, charcoal-grill flavors, and warm, elegant hospitality. We want someone who can help us share that identity through beautiful visuals, well-crafted content, and a sense of story. What we’re looking for: Someone local (or nearby) who can visit the restaurant every 3 to 4 weeks to gather content. A good eye for visual design – especially someone who understands aesthetic coherence, typography, textures, and layout. Experience with video apps like LIFT, InShot, or CapCut to create simple, elegant Reels (often using still photos). Design skills with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom are highly valued. Spanish/English bilingual is a big plus. 🧩 Role & Responsibilities: Visit every 3–4 weeks to capture photo/video content on-site. Create Instagram content (Reels, carousels, stories) with a coherent tone and visual style. Use provided photography or your own to design beautiful posts with editorial flair. Optional: assist in designing menus, print assets, or digital visuals (we’ll brief you). Long-term potential: if the collaboration works well, this role may grow into a broader virtual assistant-style creative position, including seasonal menu designs and other brand assets. Interested? El Jinete es un restaurante estilo finca, con raíces andaluzas, brasas al carbón y una hospitalidad elegante. Queremos a alguien que nos ayude a contar esa historia a través de imágenes cuidadas, contenido de calidad y coherencia visual. Perfil deseado: Alguien local o cerca de La Cala, que pueda venir al restaurante cada 3 o 4 semanas para captar contenido. Buen ojo para el diseño visual, incluyendo tipografía, texturas y estilo editorial. Dominio de apps como LIFT, InShot o CapCut para crear Reels atractivos (incluso a partir de fotos fijas). Conocimientos de diseño gráfico, idealmente con manejo de Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop y Lightroom. Se valora mucho que sea bilingüe (español e inglés). 🧩 Tareas principales: Visitar el restaurante cada 3–4 semanas para captar vídeos y fotos. Crear contenido para Instagram (Reels, carruseles, stories) con estilo coherente. Diseñar publicaciones atractivas y elegantes, usando fotografía propia o la del restaurante.
