What You’ll Be Doing: As a Manufacturing Lab Technician, you’ll support the execution of manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. You’ll prepare materials, reagents, and equipment, carry out laboratory procedures and tests, record production data, and perform routine maintenance of lab instruments. Key Responsibilities: Conducts manufacturing processes and laboratory tests according to approved instructions. Operates a variety of laboratory equipment Compiles manufacturing data, performs the required calculations and complete the corresponding manufacturing and testing records. Maintains a clean, sanitary and well resourced work area in accordance with approved practices and the regulations in place. Follow strict laboratory, quality, safety and environmental procedures according to regulations in place. Under the supervision of his manager and with the support -if needed- of other colleagues, can collaborate in the transfer & set up of new processes and systems. Participates in activities related to continuous improvement, 5S and Lean Six-Sigma Requirements: Education: Vocational training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio or higher) in a science or health-related field. Experience: Previous work in laboratory environments is essential. Experience in cell culture, molecular biology, biochemistry, lab automation, or clinical analyzers will be a plus. Experience in chemical, biological, or health laboratories will be highly valued. Equivalent experience can be considered in place of formal education. Languages: Fluency in Spanish or Catalan and a basic level of English (reading and speaking). IT Skills: Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Basic knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage. Skills & Competencies: Strong ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment accurately. Attention to detail and precision in daily work. Team-oriented and flexible, able to support colleagues across different areas. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in all tasks.
